Insurance Certified (NSW Requirement) For residential building work in NSW valued at $20,000 or more, Home Owner Warranty Insurance is mandatory. We will arrange and provide the certificate of insurance to your strata manager.
Deposit Paid Upon contract execution, a deposit is required in accordance with NSW regulations.
Measurement Accurate measurements are crucial, so we'll need access to all apartments and common areas. Depending on your project's scale, our team will take precise measurements for each window and door.
Order Processing We meticulously process the measurements and calculate additional material requirements. This step is time-consuming, as special coatings and finishes may be involved, requiring accurate site take-offs.
Product Ordering Once all measurements are finalized, we schedule product and material orders based on the installation program. Our suppliers price jobs on a project basis, necessitating complete measurements before placing orders.

Delivery of Materials Depending on your project's scope and duration, we arrange regular material deliveries. We discuss the best location for storing different materials, considering convenience and efficiency.
