WILLIAM STREET COMPLEX, ROSE BAY

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Rose Bay, the Complex introduced us to a unique challenge. While the buildings were keen to discard their outdated timber windows in favor of modern uPVC double-glazed windows, a check measure revealed the potential absence lintels.

True to our initial observation, the lintels were indeed missing. This necessitated a two-stage project execution. The upper-level window replacement was completed first, followed by a pause for the installation of lintels, before resuming with the rest of the project. This temporary halt ensured the structural integrity of the buildings while accommodating the new windows.

Despite the delay, the residents' response to the upgrade was nothing short of extraordinary. They not only commended the significant reduction in energy costs but also admired the elevated comfort and aesthetics brought about by the double glazing windows. The enhanced livability of their units was universally acknowledged as a rewarding outcome, making the wait entirely worthwhile. The Complex stands today as a shining example of how uPVC double-glazed windows can revolutionize residential spaces.
