How a Windows Factory Project Works
The same process whether it's a handful of windows in one home or a staged rollout across an entire strata building.
1. Free Measure & Consultation
We visit the property, measure every opening precisely, and discuss frame styles, colours and glazing options for your budget and the way each room is used.
2. Fixed-Price Proposal
A written, itemised quote covering product specification, glazing, hardware and installation - suitable for a single home or, for strata buildings, formatted for committee and AGM approval.
3. European Manufacture
Once approved, frames are manufactured to the exact dimensions of each opening using Aluplast, Kömmerling, Deceuninck, Plustec or Schüco profiles - European systems not available through most Sydney suppliers.
4. Scheduled Installation
Our own installers - not subcontractors - complete the fit. For multi-unit buildings, installation is staged by floor or block to minimise disruption to residents.
5. Handover & Warranty
Every job is finished with a walkthrough, all old frames removed, and backed by a 10-year product warranty plus a 6-year installation guarantee.
Working with strata managers
For body corporate projects we prepare AGM-ready documentation, coordinate directly with the strata manager or committee, and can stage work across the whole approval timeline - from initial quotes through to a fully scheduled installation.
