1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to any quote, proposal or enquiry submitted through it. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Quotes, proposals and pricing

Any pricing information, indicative ranges or figures shown on this website are general in nature and do not constitute a binding quote. A binding, itemised quote is only issued in writing following a site measure and is valid for the period stated on that quote. Strata and body corporate proposals are prepared to support a building's approval process and remain subject to formal acceptance and any conditions stated in the written proposal.

3. Warranty

Windows Factory Pty Ltd provides a 10-year product warranty on uPVC windows and doors and a 6-year guarantee on installation workmanship, on the terms set out in the written warranty documentation supplied with each completed installation. This website does not vary or extend those documented warranty terms. Nothing in these terms affects any consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

4. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Windows Factory name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Windows Factory Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Blog articles are provided for general information only and do not constitute professional building, engineering or legal advice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windows Factory Pty Ltd excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
