If you upload a file (such as a floor plan or existing quote), we store that file securely.

We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you to our site, and campaign parameters (UTM tags, Google Click ID) if you arrived via an advertisement.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule site visits and installations, send transactional emails (such as a thank-you confirmation after you submit a form), and maintain records of our dealings with you and your building. Strata enquiries submitted through this website are automatically assigned an internal priority score based on factors such as building size, approval stage and timeline, so our team can respond to time-sensitive projects promptly. This scoring is used only to prioritise our own follow-up and does not affect the information you receive or your rights under this policy.

4. Who we share it with

Enquiry details are recorded in our customer relationship management system (Bitrix24), which is also used by our main business, Windows Factory, so that all enquiries reach the same sales and project team regardless of which of our websites you contacted us through. We also use service providers for email delivery and website hosting. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
